The apartments are all within a 5 minute walk of the beach — in the Elviria properties, the properties sit right on the dune paths and it's a few minutes stroll from your front door to the sand . In Sunny Corner, the beach is a one block stroll through a quiet residential neighbourhood filled with tapas bars, shops and services.

Our Marbella Beach Apartment collection offers several fully equipped holiday apartments, including:

• Honeymoon Suites and Honeymoon Penthouse are in Romana Playa, Elviria, these are beachfront community studios with large sunny terraces, and sea views

• Sunny Corner is a two‑bedroom apartment ideal for couples in the best tapas bar neighbourhood of Marbella center, with balcony and one block from the beach

• Hacienda Playa apt 16 is a family apartments with extra space, sea views, large pool directly on the beach next to Astoria beach club in Elviria

All units include air‑conditioning, Wi‑Fi, kitchen facilities, sunny terraces, and private bathrooms.

Honeymoon Suites enjoy a large community parking lot but no dedicated space.  It's always possible to drive up to the door to load or unload your luggage, and most times of the year you'll find a parking space inside the gates.  When the parking is full, there is easy street parking all around the neighbourhood for free.  August is the busiest time of year when parking is more difficult
Hacienda Playa apt 16 has a dedicated XL parking space in the underground garage just in front of the lift.
Sunny Corner does not have parking, there is free street parking in the neighbourhood and several public parking garages within 5 minute walk  that offer multi-day passes for a fee.

Each apartment is packed with every amenity you could neeed:

Yes — everything is within walking distance.

Guests can walk everywhere without needing a car.  However, there are hills and uneven pavement, the area is not suitable for mobility challenged guests.  

Hacienda Playa apt 16 is a 20 minute walk from the shopping center.  There is an Eroski supermarket across the street but it is closed in December, January and February.  During these months is it more comfortable to have a car at this property

Early check‑in and late check‑out are subject to availability.  We always try to adapt to your flight arrival and departure schedule!

If you have an early arrival or late departure, you can book day-use of the apartment.  Day use allows you to stay all day until your departing flight, or to be sure to get the keys before noon.  There is an extra fee for this service, ask when you book! Subject to availability.
 

We do not have a luggage storage room, so please count on vacating the apartment with your luggage, at the designated check out time

 

Pets are not allowed in the apartments

Honeymoon Suites and Honeymoon Penthouse in Elviria, Romana Playa, are in a gated residential community walking distance from beach bars and restaurants but with no direct disturbance just in front.  Guests appreciate the quiet residential atmosphere in this community while being walking distance to night life, live music and a vibrant restaurant scene.
Hacienda Playa apt 16 in Elviria is located directly next to the luxury Astoria beach club, open from noon to 9 pm and from April to October.  The restaurant is discreet but occasional music may be heard during the afternoons especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
Sunny Corner Marbella is in the best restaurant district with hundreds of tapas bars at your doorstop, yet the residential building is very quiet and our bedrooms have soundproofing and windows giving out onto the side street and back courtyard, ensuring a quiet sleep

Honeymoon Suites, Honeymoon Penthouse and Hacienda Playa apt 16 are approximately 10–15 minutes by car to the Old Town, Plaza de los Naranjos, and Marbella city center Paseo. The area is very well covered by BOLT and UBER, and there is a bus option available.
Sunny Corner Marbella is in the best neighbourhood of downtown Marbella next to the beach

Yes — Marbella Beaches are known for calm waters and gentle waves. It is suitable for swimming, paddleboarding, and family activities.  There are paddle board rentals, inflatable aqua-park attractions with trampolines and slides, kayak and jet-ski rentals, boat excursions for sunset drinks or dolphin sighting, and many other beachfront activities to enjoy!

Yes all of our apartments have free, high speed fiber optic WIFI on a dedicated access point

Yes, you will arrive to freshly made beds with crisp white linens from our professional laundry service, as well as impeccable white bath towels and an assortment of beach towels.
Your price does not include linen change but this service can be ordered for an extra fee during your stay.

We are a family-run operation managing only our own apartments.
We manage our places with high attention to detail and personalised welcome style.
These are not "lock box" Airbnbs set up for maximum turnover, we take personal care and pride in all of our properties, and we make sure they are packed with every amenity you need and everything is working properly.  Any issues are dealt with quickly and personally.
These apartments are for travellers who want a self-catered experience with a private host, not an impersonal lock-box experience.

Honeymoon Suites and Honeymoon Penthouse are not suitable for mobility challenged guests, due to the lack of dedicated parking, and the surroundings which include hills, uneven pavement, lots of steps, gardens, boardwalk, and sand.  Guests will enjoy the experience here if they are able to walk on these surfaces.  Only one lift serves the upper floors and in case of a break down, guests must be able to climb stairs until the lift gets repaired.
Hacienda Playa apt 16 is more mobility friendly with a dedicated parking spot next to the one lift that services the 2nd floor.  There are however also uneven pavement, steps down to the pool, no special access features.
Sunny Corner Marbella Center enjoys two lifts up to the apartment but has 3 steps from the hallway into our space.
